Phenomenon Studio is looking for a full-time Chief Business Development Officer.

Your mission? To lead our sales and marketing initiatives, both independently and in collaboration with partners, all while focusing on achieving impressive commercial results and taking charge of the revenue side of the P&L.

What you’ll do:

  • Development and implementation of the strategy of commercial activity 
  • Sales management of the organization by developing a business plan that includes sales and marketing plans, revenue and profit control
  • Management of sales, marketing, and partnership departments to implement sales plans
  • Development of new business opportunities by researching new markets that can benefit from the company’s services
  • Finding solutions to increase the efficiency of sales/marketing processes and their automation
  • Participation in operational planning and budgeting
  • Evaluation of investment projects and initiatives
  • Analysis of the business and operating models of the studio’s clients

Your requirements:

  • Experience from 2 years in the role of Chief Business Development Officer, Head of Sales/Marketing, or a similar position at a higher level 
  • Experience in sales, marketing, and business development in an IT company
  • Existing entrepreneurial experience in the field of B2B services
  • Experience in managing a digital marketing agency
  • Successful experience in implementing complex strategies, including in international markets
  • English level – Upper Intermediate/Advanced
  • Understanding the specifics of doing business
  • Knowledge and experience in improving sales/marketing business processes
  • Understanding of financial analytics, planning, and performance evaluation by key indicators
