What will be advantage:

  • Experience from 2 years in the role of SDR/BDR in IT companies
  • Sales experience in the field of B2B services
  • English level – Upper Intermediate/Advanced (spoken and written)
  • Experience with CRM system Pipedrive (or Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoho)
  • Knowledge and understanding of sales strategy
  • Having experience in conducting negotiations and processing objections
  • Experience in compatible task with the Marketing Department

Your future goals and objectives:

  • Processing and qualification of incoming leads coming from different channels
  • Keeping complete, timely, and accurate records in the CRM system
  • Maintaining the relevance of the company`s customer base
  • Conducting communacation with potential clients with the help of cold-outreach companies
  • Participation in intro calls with potential clients
  • Prossesing of objections, assistance with problems and questions that may arise from the client during the first communication
  • Proactive development of methods of interaction with potential customers and research of new channels
  • Reporting the results of the work performed
