Started by designers who sweat every pixel

Phenomenon Studio was founded in 2019 as a small group of designers obsessed with grounding exquisite design in clear logic while infusing high-end aesthetics into every pixel.

Today, we’re an award-winning product design and development agency of 60+ incredibly talented people collaborating with global startups and SMEs that demand excellence in work, quality in execution, and maturity in operations – the same qualities we look for when we hire.

Artem joined as a senior product designer in 2022 and, in two years, became a lead product designer, bringing structured thinking, strong visual judgment, and mentorship that shapes the team’s design quality.

Alyona Ostroverkh — from UX/UI designer to lead UX/UI designer

Alyona joined Phenomenon Studio in 2021 as a UX/UI Designer and, after several years shaping complex interfaces and mentoring teammates, grew into the Lead UX/UI Designer role in 2024.
