Phenomenon Studio is looking for a sociable, organized, and empathetic HR Manager on a full-time basis.

What you’ll do:

  • Supporting the work of the Kyiv office
  • HR Event management (preparation of corporate gifts and merchandise, organization of holidays)
  • Total management of employee life-cycle – onboarding, retention, support and offboarding
  • Learning & Development (organization and control of internal and external training for the team)
  • Participation in the development and implementation of HR strategy and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Supporting and developing the company’s HR brand, ensuring a positive brand perception among potential and current employees
  • Organizing and conducting one-to-one meetings with employees to discuss their development, issues, and support
  • Development of the studio’s corporate culture
  • Collecting, analyzing, and evaluating eNPS among employees to determine their satisfaction and involvement in the processes
  • Developing, analyzing, and updating descriptions of HR business processes to improve their efficiency and the quality of the company’s work
  • Planning and conducting a Performance review

Your requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in an HR role
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR processes and best practices for the team
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusting relationships with the team
  • Developed emotional intelligence, empathy, ability to listen and support
  • Proactivity and initiative in work
  • Intermediate level of English language skills.
