Business Development Representative

Full-time Remote

As a BDR at Phenomenon Studio, you will be instrumental in driving growth and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for indentifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and promoting our services.

Your efforts will directly contribute to our company`s success and market expansion.



  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within outsourcing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and quotas
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude, willing to take intiative and drive projects forward


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities
  • Build and develop strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Indetify and secure partnerships that generate new revenue opportunities
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to each client
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Participate in meetings, presentations, and industry events to showcase our offerings and build brand awareness
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings
