ZeBeyond approached us with a clear objective: redesign their outdated website and create a strong visual identity that would set them apart in a highly conservative, technically driven market. Their site doesn’t effectively communicate the value of the products or the depth of engineering expertise.
Beyond the visual overhaul, the client needed a more intuitive user experience, clearer product storytelling, and a brand-new Case Studies section that wasn’t part of the initial scope but became essential for establishing credibility.
We were brought in to rethink the structure, elevate the brand’s digital presence, and craft a modern, conversion-ready website that resonates with both decision-makers and technical users.
We began the project with a thorough research phase — analyzing competitors, market trends, and industry best practices to understand where ZeBeyond could truly differentiate. This helped us identify common UX flaws, unclear product communication, and outdated visual patterns across the market. These insights became the foundation for a clearer navigation structure, stronger product hierarchy, and a more compelling storytelling approach.
With the strategy defined, we moved into design exploration. We prepared three moodboards and two visual concepts, iterating closely with the client to shape the distinctive style now seen on the website. Multiple designers worked in parallel to meet tight deadlines, ensuring consistency and high-quality execution across all pages.
Special attention was given to UX writing: the content had to stay accessible for decision-makers while remaining technically accurate for engineers. The final result balances clarity, professionalism, and visual appeal suited for a serious B2B SaaS brand.
The website was developed on Webflow with a carefully structured design system and optimized animations. This ensured high performance, fast loading speeds, and an engaging scroll experience without unnecessary visual weight.
