Grail Learning approached us with the goal of rethinking how their platform is presented to healthcare risk leaders. The existing website did not clearly explain how the product connects education, analytics, and measurable risk outcomes, making it difficult for decision-makers to quickly understand its value and role within their workflows.
The business goal was to create a focused, conversion-driven website that positions Grail Learning as a credible alternative to traditional CME and fragmented risk tools. The new narrative needed to clarify the platform structure, highlight measurable impact on clinical risk, and guide qualified visitors toward requesting a demo with confidence.
We started with competitor analysis and a review of comparable healthcare and risk-focused platforms to understand common patterns, messaging gaps, and credibility signals decision-makers expect. Then we translated the findings into a moodboard and an early design concept that set the tone for the product: calm, structured, and evidence-led.
With the direction approved, we shaped the site structure and interface to explain a multi-module platform in a way that feels simple to scan and easy to trust. The final design balanced clear hierarchy, readable data-focused layouts, and conversion moments that guide users to a demo without adding pressure.
We delivered a structured, development-ready design package to support a smooth implementation phase. It included a consistent layout system, reusable components, and clear interaction guidelines that reduce ambiguity during handoff.
As a result, the engineering team can build and scale the website efficiently, focusing on functionality and performance rather than interpreting design decisions.
