Bloom needed a site built and launched from nothing, in a category where the wrong first impression costs a visitor before they ever reach a service page. The brief centered on three connected goals: make services and specialists legible in plain language instead of clinical shorthand, give visitors a real person to connect with before asking them to commit, and remove every unnecessary step between deciding to reach out and a request actually being sent. All three had to hold across desktop, tablet, and mobile, since a visitor in a moment of stress is as likely to be on a phone as a laptop.
Reviewing clinic sites in the category surfaced the same three gaps: booking spread across multiple pages, therapists presented as an anonymous staff list, and service copy written in clinical language that reads as a barrier rather than an explanation. Those gaps set the structure — the homepage leads with a tagline, a short introduction, and featured services before asking a visitor to act, the therapist catalog and profile pages lead with experience and focus area rather than a photo, and booking was collapsed into one panel where a submitted request replaces the form in place instead of redirecting.
The same structure holds on mobile: therapist profiles and the booking flow condense into touch-friendly sections that keep experience, focus area, and the booking link reachable in a few taps, so the low-pressure tone the desktop flow was built around doesn’t change by screen size.
The site was built in Webflow as a single connected structure — homepage, service pages, therapist catalog, individual profiles, and the booking flow all reference the same therapist and service data, rather than existing as disconnected templates that would drift out of sync as Bloom adds specialists or services later. Layouts were built responsive from the start, so the booking flow’s single-panel behavior and the therapist catalog’s card structure hold their form from desktop down to mobile rather than being rebuilt per breakpoint.
