FAQ

Questions already answered by Anatolii Sakhno

How do development workflows impact product delivery and quality?

I see development workflows as a critical factor in both speed and quality. Clear processes, structured communication, and well-defined responsibilities help reduce errors and keep teams aligned throughout the project. As a team, we build transparent and predictable workflows that integrate design, product, and engineering. This allows us to deliver faster, maintain consistency, and ensure that complex products are built without unnecessary friction.

How do you ensure scalable architecture in digital product development?

From my side, scalability starts at the architecture level. I focus on designing systems that can handle growth in users, features, and data without requiring constant rework or causing performance issues. At Phenomenon Studio, we build products with long-term scalability in mind. We define clear architecture, choose technologies carefully, and ensure that every component can evolve as the product grows and business needs change.

How do you ensure usability and performance in complex healthcare platforms?

I approach healthcare development by reducing system complexity without losing functionality. That means optimizing architecture, simplifying data flows, and making sure the product performs reliably even under heavy usage. As a team, we work closely with design and product to streamline interfaces like EHRs and dashboards. By reducing cognitive load and improving workflows, we help both patients and providers use the product more efficiently, which directly impacts engagement and outcomes.
