Our team is seeking a creative and ambitious Junior Marketing Operations Specialist who wants to develop in IT

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of the IT industry and digital marketing
  • Desire to start/continue a career in IT in an ambitious and friendly team
  • Responsibility, stress resistance, multitasking, sociability and creativity
  • Speed, self-motivation, and analytical skills
  • English level — Intermediate and higher

It will be an advantage:

  • Work experience in any field of IT (preferably in the field of digital marketing, or design)
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, etc.)

Your future goals and objectives:

  • Participation in operational tasks in the marketing department (process management)
  • Keeping Phenomenon’s portfolio and positioning up-to-date on all platforms, directories, listings (such as Clutch, GoodFirms, Upwork, etc.)
  • Regular administration of the company’s activities on Behance and Dribbble (adding works, setting up and monitoring promotions, working with comments, etc.)
  • Updating and uploading studio cases to the site
  • Uploading studio content to the site’s blog and distributing it in various channels
  • Participation in daily marketing activities and tasks (such as UTM creation, reporting, internal documentation, etc.)
  • Help with creating dashboards, analytics, research
  • Help with portfolio management
