After the start of work on the project, we conducted a competitors analysis. With it, we analyzed the competitors in this area in order to properly implement features and stand out from the competition.

Competitors analysis

We identified the project’s internal and external factors that could impact its succes. During the competitor analysis we also understand better the successful patterns and the scenarios we need to avoid. This information allowed us to create a strategy that maximized the project’s strengths while minimizing its weaknesses and mitigating potential threats.

Business Analysis

During the Business Analysis phase, we presented the client with an additional method to monetize the app, outlining its potential benefits and risks. We conducted a thorough analysis of the subject area and identified potential problems that the client may face in the future. Our team provided recommendations and advice on how to address these issues. Lastly, we developed a list of priority features for the app.

After reviewing the project goals and conducting user experience research, our team designed the app architecture, taking into account competitor analysis, research findings, and client feedback.

We were tasked with an exciting brief to build an immersive experience that reflects the innovative nature of slope solutions. As a tech startup, our goal was not only to build and obtain meaningful leads in this industry, but also to create a design that stands out from the competition while being user-friendly and appealing to our audience.

We focused on developing an intuitive interface and a visually compelling layout that will captivate and engage our users. By prioritizing their experience, we aimed to create a lasting impression that will keep them coming back for more.

Wireframes

For a clear understanding of the page structure and the necessary blocks and sections, we have prepared a highly detailed prototype of each screen.

Moodboard & Design Concept

We gathered visual inspirations, color schemes, typography, and imagery to create a moodboard that sets the overall aesthetic direction. Based on this, we developed a design concept that encapsulates the desired look and feel of the final product, including its visual style, tone, and brand identity. This stage helped us to align our vision on the design direction and serves as a foundation for the subsequent design iterations.

UI Design

Following the approval of the prototypes and moodboard, we proceeded to the next phase, which involved creating the user interface design. To streamline the development process, we created design components that have been integrated into the UI Kit, making it easy for our developers to implement the designs. By doing so, we ensured a cohesive and seamless experience for our users, regardless of their preferred device.

Interactions

As with all of our projects, we create clickable prototypes, and this project is no different. This approach enables us to swiftly evaluate the usability and clarity of the application. By testing the prototype, we can identify any unfinished blocks and quickly address them before the development phase. This method allows us to streamline the development process and ensure that the final product is user-friendly and intuitive.
