Phenomenon Studio is currently looking for a specialist who creates ideas, is able to see and set the right vectors in the product, audience, and demand by finding the right resources, which in turn will lead to an increase in incoming requests from the target audience and increase sales efficiency.

Currently, our Marketing Department needs a proactive Marketing manager.

What you’ll do:

  • Formation and implementation of Phenomenon’s marketing strategy
  • Development of a content marketing plan for the website and media channels
  • Organization of work and control of involved specialists
  • Participation in the implementation of the company’s commercial strategy
  • Development of new business opportunities and participation in the company’s entry into new markets
  • Participation in building partnerships
  • Research of competitors and specialized platforms
  • Organization of work processes in the department
  • Increasing the media weight and representation of the studio on the platforms
  • Participation in building sales processes
  • Tracking the effectiveness of the website and media channels
  • Promotion of services and also through/promotion of IT products

Your requirements:

  • Experience in promoting B2B services in the Western market
  • English level – Upper-Intermediate
  • Experience with CRM systems and Marketing tools
  • Experience in common tasks with the Sales Department
  • Knowledge and experience in improving marketing business processes
  • Analytical thinking, energy, proactivity, ability to listen and argue decisions, sociability, independence, and autonomy in processes
  • Ability to see marketing comprehensively

Will be the advantage:

  • Experience in market and target audience research
  • Preparation of the value proposition and development and support of work with partners
